Creating Links in
Your Article or Author's Biography
While it is wonderful that
you can use html in your articles what that also means is you MUST use html in
order to create links in your work. If you simply put in http://yoursitename.com
or www.yoursitename.com it WILL
NOT CREATE A LINK. No it will just be plain text as the bolded
terms above are.
To create a link you
use html as follows <a
href="http://www.yourwebsite.com">Your Link Name</a>
Doing so would make the words Your Link Name blue and when clicked on the reader
would be taken to the website www.yourwebsite.com you can do this
with any web page and any words you choose.
